Experimental film – 16 min
Sleeping Beauty is a daydream around the female body and its representation. Formulated as a plastic research, visual and sound creation, without words and without actors, Sleeping Beauty seizes still images extracted from women’s press magazines, films bodies and faces with closed eyes, questions their silence and breathes new life into them.
By the diversion of images, we enter the nightmare of a young girl of paper, in her visions at the opposite of the universe of the dream sold on advertising posters.
